1. What Grow Arms is
Grow Arms is a commitment fitness alarm that helps you build a push-up habit through scheduled workout alarms, short challenges, camera-assisted rep checking, and progress tracking. Grow Arms is not a medical device, medical service, emergency service, or substitute for professional health or fitness advice.
2. Who can use Grow Arms
- You must be able to form a binding agreement or use Grow Arms with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
- You may use Grow Arms only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
- You are responsible for deciding whether push-ups, alarms, and camera-based challenges are safe and appropriate for your situation.
3. Fitness and safety
Grow Arms is designed for small, consistent bodyweight habits. It does not guarantee muscle growth, health outcomes, weight loss, or specific fitness results. Push-ups mainly train the chest, triceps, and shoulders and are not a complete arm-growth or full-body program by themselves.
- Do not use Grow Arms when you are injured, dizzy, in pain, driving, in an unsafe location, or otherwise unable to exercise safely.
- Stop exercising if something feels unsafe. You can use the native iOS Stop control without doing push-ups; Grow Arms may present a limited number of follow-up alarms under its commitment behavior. In the app, completing Solve Math, Remember the Sequence, Repeat the Pattern, or Type the Phrase can also end the active Grow Arms alarm chain and mark the training skipped. Each of those four options is available once per local calendar day. A Skip Pass can provide the same result without a daily limit while passes remain in your balance.
- Consult a qualified professional before exercising if you have health concerns, medical conditions, or uncertainty about your ability to perform push-ups.
4. App permissions and device features
- Grow Arms may request alarm or notification permissions so scheduled workout alarms and reminders can be delivered.
- Grow Arms may request camera permission so push-up reps can be checked on device.
- Alarm behavior, notification delivery, camera access, and system actions depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, and settings.
- Grow Arms is a commitment alarm, not a guarantee that a system alarm can never be stopped, silenced, interrupted, or bypassed.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Grow Arms offers auto-renewing Grow Arms Unlimited subscriptions and consumable Skip Pass in-app purchases. The product, duration, price, price per period where applicable, and any introductory offer are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy.
- Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
- An eligible free trial becomes a paid auto-renewing subscription at the displayed price when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
- Subscriptions continue to renew for the displayed period until canceled. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- RevenueCat processes subscription and purchase history using a random anonymous app user identifier so Grow Arms can validate purchases, unlock access, and support restore.
- A Skip Pass is a consumable purchase. When bought from an active alarm challenge, one pass is used immediately to mark that training as skipped and stop the active Grow Arms alarm chain; any remaining passes are kept in the app's local balance.
- Skip Passes are optional. The four in-app mini-challenges described above can each be used once per local calendar day without buying a Skip Pass. An incorrect answer or timeout uses that mini-challenge for the day; an interrupted challenge may resume with the same locally stored content.
- Skip Pass use has no daily limit. Each successful use consumes one available pass.
- Purchased Skip Passes do not expire, but they have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The balance is device-local and is not promised to move to or be recoverable on another device.
- Restore Purchases restores eligible subscription access. It does not promise recovery of consumed or device-local Skip Passes.
- Grow Arms may provide promotional starter Skip Passes. Promotional passes are not purchases and have no cash value.
- Apple handles billing and refund requests under its applicable rules and policies.
6. Your data and content
You keep ownership of the information you enter into Grow Arms, including training settings, challenge history, progress records, manual measurements, notes, and support messages. You give Grow Arms the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, and display that data only to operate the app, provide premium features, respond to support requests, secure the service, and improve reliability.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the app, website, APIs, purchases, analytics, or security protections.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or recreate the service in a competing product.
- Upload illegal, abusive, harmful, or infringing material through support or other service inputs.
- Misuse Grow Arms in ways that could harm the service, other users, or our infrastructure.
8. Third-party services
Grow Arms relies on third-party services to operate and provide certain features, including Apple, Firebase and Google Cloud, and RevenueCat. Your use of third-party platform features such as the Apple App Store, in-app purchases, device permissions, and notifications may also be governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.
9. Intellectual property
Grow Arms, the website, app design, app icon, text, graphics, code, and overall look and feel are owned by llapps ltd or licensed for use by llapps ltd. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Grow Arms for your own lawful purposes.
10. Availability and changes
Grow Arms may evolve over time. We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including alarm behavior, rep checking, analytics, progress tracking, website content, and subscription offerings. We may update these Terms by posting the latest version at growarms.llapps.com/terms.
11. Feedback and support
If you send feedback, bug reports, screenshots, recordings, or other materials to Grow Arms, you allow us to use that material to investigate issues, improve the app, and support the service. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.
12. Privacy
Your use of Grow Arms is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what the app stores locally, how camera data is handled, and how service providers fit into the product.
13. Disclaimers
Grow Arms is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, exact fitness outcomes, perfect rep detection, or that every alarm, reminder, notification, camera challenge, chart, or subscription feature will always be available on every device or network.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, llapps ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, health outcomes, or business opportunity arising from use of Grow Arms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
15. Termination
You may stop using Grow Arms at any time. We may suspend or limit access if we believe these Terms are being violated, the service is being misused, or a legal or security issue requires us to act.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts in Varna, Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Grow Arms, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
