Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Grow Arms stores on your device, what may be sent to our services, and how Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and other providers fit into the app.

1. Who operates Grow Arms

Grow Arms is operated by llapps ltd. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@llapps.com.

2. Information stored on your device

Grow Arms is designed around device-first habit tracking. The core alarm and push-up workflow can work without internet once configured. Information stored locally may include:

  • Training plan settings such as current push-up capacity, target reps, training days, quiet hours, and session frequency.
  • Scheduled workout records, challenge results, completion history, streaks, weekly volume, and max verified set.
  • Manual arm measurement entries such as side, measurement value, unit, note, and timestamp if you choose to add them.
  • Daily mini-challenge availability and any unfinished Math, Sequence, Pattern, or Phrase challenge content needed to resume the same attempt. This content stays on your device.
  • App preferences, permission state, and locally calculated progress summaries.

3. Camera and rep checking

Grow Arms may request camera permission for push-up rep checking. For the core challenge, camera frames are processed on device and are not uploaded or stored as workout videos. If a future diagnostics or support feature asks for screenshots, recordings, or other media, it will be optional and clearly presented before anything is sent.

4. Information sent to Grow Arms services

Grow Arms may send limited information to our services when needed to operate online features, subscriptions, support, security, analytics, or website hosting. This may include:

  • A random RevenueCat app user identifier plus subscription and in-app purchase history used to validate purchases, unlock access, and reconcile eligible transactions.
  • If you opt in to Share App Analytics, Firebase Analytics receives an app-instance or device identifier, app and OS version, and usage events such as purchase outcomes, alarm setup events, mini-challenge method and result, and feature interactions. Grow Arms does not send the generated expression, answer, sequence, pattern, or phrase text in those events.
  • Firebase Crashlytics receives crash logs and other technical diagnostic data needed to identify and fix app reliability problems. This diagnostic data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
  • Support messages and the email address you provide if you contact us.
  • Photos or videos you explicitly attach to a support request.
  • Standard hosting and security logs for growarms.llapps.com.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use camera frames, workout videos, measurements, or support messages for analytics or to build advertising audiences. Analytics collection and ad personalization signals are disabled by default.

5. How we use information

  • To schedule workout alarms and show your plan, progress, streaks, and history.
  • To count reps locally, record challenge results, and adjust the workout plan.
  • To manage premium access, purchases, eligible transaction reconciliation, restore flows, and subscription state.
  • If you opt in, to understand app reliability, improve usability, and fix bugs.
  • To respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse.

6. Processors and third-party services

Grow Arms relies on service providers that process limited information on our behalf:

  • Apple: App Store distribution, in-app purchases, notifications, device permissions, ratings, and reviews.
  • Firebase and Google Cloud: website hosting, optional app analytics, crash diagnostics, Cloud Functions, Firestore, private support-attachment storage, and service security.
  • RevenueCat: anonymous subscription, entitlement, consumable-product, and purchase-history management.

7. Retention

  • On-device data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, or remove the app and its local data.
  • Support submissions are retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate, and keep support records.
  • Subscription and purchase records are retained as needed to manage access, reconcile eligible transactions, support restores, prevent fraud, meet accounting needs, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Analytics records exist only if you opt in and are retained for a limited period needed to improve the app. Crash diagnostics, website hosting, and security records are retained for a limited period needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

8. Your choices

  • You can choose whether to grant camera permission. Without it, camera-verified rep counting may not be available.
  • You can choose whether to grant alarm or notification permissions in iPhone Settings.
  • You can enable or disable Share App Analytics during onboarding or later in Grow Arms Settings. Disabling it stops future Firebase Analytics collection from the app.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings.
  • You can avoid sending support data by not using support forms or by removing optional attachments before submitting.
  • You can contact us at hello@llapps.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available in your location.

9. Children's privacy

Grow Arms is a fitness habit app and is not intended for children to use independently. If a minor uses Grow Arms, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervision, safe exercise choices, and device permissions. If you believe information was submitted by a child without appropriate permission, contact us.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and within the services used to operate Grow Arms. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the product is designed to limit unnecessary collection and keep the core camera workflow on device.

11. International processing

Grow Arms and its processors may handle data in different countries depending on the hosting, analytics, purchase, and support services involved. Where transfers apply, they are made under the legal mechanisms and service-provider commitments available for those platforms.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Grow Arms evolves. The latest version will be posted at growarms.llapps.com/privacy with the updated date shown above.
